This is a proposal for schools/institutions to run fundraising programs by their students for Bal Prakash NGO.

Fundraising and charity activities can be a good idea to develop empathy and develop a sense of social responsibility.

Bal Prakash is an NGO located in Ajmer Rajasthan and seeks proposals for schools to run fundraising programs in their schools.

It is a great opportunity for children to become mascots of our project and help sustaining our efforts in these difficult times.

The program

Students who participate in this fundraising program can get donations online through their contacts, friends, neighbours etc. They can also share links via online mediums like whatsapp/facebook/email.

• Students will recieve a certificate for their participation. (Sent to them via snail mail) at their address or school's office.
  

• The donors can donate online using the website. They have to mention the student's name and school name in "comment" field on donation page.
  

Certificates

Students will recieve a letter of thanks and a certificate for their efforts. The total amount is not important. Getting more people connected with the cause is priority.

• Student who gets 10 donors will get a Bronze Certificate.

• Student who get 20 donors connected with the project will recieve a Silver Certificate.

• Students tho get 30 donors or more will get Gold Certificate and letter of Gratitude.

• Students getting more than 50 donors will get Platinum certificate and a Small trophy.

• Students getting more than 100 donors will get Diamond certificate and a Big Trophy.
  

Note: Minimum amount of donation is Rs. 100.

Benefits for donors

• 80G and other tax benefits.

• Donors will recieve updates about how their contribution is being used and updates about project via email.

Material/ Brochures to be used.

Students can use social media videos/photos/website of Bal Prakash school to dessiminate information about Bal Prakash NGO.

How the money will be used?

• Sending books and ration to kids homes.

• Salaries for permanent staff and campus maintenence.
  

How children can participate?

• Teachers can introduce about this project in their online class.

• Students can tell their friends/family/whatsapp group and share the DONATE link.

• Students should ensure that the donor insert the student's name / phone number and school in "comment" field in the donation page.

• Alternatively, Students can maintain a list and provide us the same.
